Have you stopped loving your business?
The Covid-19 situation has created a significantly changing environment. What seemed reasonably predictable before, has now turned into massive uncertainty for many. This creates a lot of fear and anxiety and is consciously or subconsciously triggering us on a number of levels.
At times, we may feel stressed and anxious. Sad or alone. We may feel we should have been more organised, have more money in reserve. We may find it hard to be motivated, procrastinate. We may be confused/ unsure of what to do and/or keep having the same thoughts going round and round. We may resist planning because it’s all too uncertain. We might argue with our partner and then feel regret after.
That’s only the start of it, and you’re not an exception! Everyone will have that kind of feelings and show that kind of behaviours from time to time. They just might not be openly telling you about it, and the glossy side of social media definitely does not show you the full picture.
When working with clients we clearly identify the Red and Green zone, and what’s really driving these. This understanding and the tools to go with it, create sustainable results. It’s about being aware, committing and then taking action towards the green.
We believe everyone, at some level, has a choice. A choice in how to deal with a situation. Everything works so much better from the Green perspective. We are in-flow, and aligned with ourselves. We know what’s important, and are prepared to do whatever it takes.
If that feels way-off, compared to what you are feeling right now, then please feel free to be in touch with Phil or myself. We understand. We’ve both been there and got the t-shirt to prove it (XXL size). We’re always happy to help, or point you in the right direction.
At this time, even more than any other time, it’s very important to get a grip on the above. It can help tremendously. With the understanding tools and support in place, we can start working on the business and get you loving your business (and life) again!
